terms of use
dubd is administered by dubd dev, the identifier used by the administrator of the service. no natural person is named in this draft. administrator contact: @dubdfun on x (direct message). no e-mail address is published yet; one has to exist before any platform review that requires it.
dubd uses ai to answer interactions and to organise requests to create real blockchain tokens. availability varies by network, integration, permissions, balance and the conditions of third-party providers. the ai can make mistakes; nothing here is a promise of appreciation or a guarantee of any result.
launches and fees
a casual mention does not authorise a financial operation. explicit creation requests are handled according to their parameters and the applicable authorisations; simulation requests do not authorise transmission. a result may only be described as a completed launch when verifiable evidence exists on the blockchain. network costs and fees must be presented before an applicable operation, with no silent substitutions.
where an 80/20 split is mentioned, it refers to the creator fee and never to ownership of the tokens. it is not a uniform rule: the share and the way it reaches the creator differ by route, one route has no creator fee at all, and on one route the 80% is recorded as a credit in dubd's ledger rather than paid on chain. the per-route breakdown is published at /docs.
races and bets
bets on a race are made in sol on solana, from a solana account you control, on both sides of the race — including the side named after another chain. a bet is a transfer to a wallet operated by dubd, identified by a tag inside the transaction; while the race runs the amount is held by dubd and owed to the bettors. the prize is the losing side's stake, divided in proportion to what each winner bet: dubd takes no cut and contributes nothing, and the network fee of each payout is deducted from that payout. a race is settled only on a migration measured on the blockchain; if none is measured within three hours of betting closing, every bet is returned.
sol that reaches the wallet without a valid bet tag is returned automatically to the address it came from, minus the network fee, and an amount smaller than that fee cannot be returned at all. sending any other asset, sending from a chain other than solana, sending from an account you do not control — an exchange account, for example — or sending to any other address is the sender's own risk, and dubd cannot recover those funds. whoever launched a coin may not bet on that race where their wallet is known to the service.
predictions
a prediction prints coins on solana (pump.fun) for the results of a public polymarket event: the top 5 results by odds at the moment of printing, plus one coin for every other result, or yes and no for a single market. dubd is not affiliated with polymarket, does not trade or bet there, and only reads its public data and its official result. a percentage is not a result; if polymarket's data cannot be read, dubd waits.
the creator fee of every coin of a prediction (the share that would otherwise go to a person) is held by dubd as one pot. when polymarket's result is final, the whole pot buys the winning coin, and those coins stay held; if the winner is not among the top 5, the pot buys the coin for every other result. if the event is cancelled, or no final result exists 30 days after the event ends, the pot is split across all the coins of the prediction. nobody is paid for being right: there is no betting pool and no payout. dubd's own share of the fee is kept as on any coin.
the picture of each coin is the one polymarket publishes for that result or event. those pictures, names, logos and likenesses belong to their owners; dubd does not claim them, and a coin carrying one does not mean that the person, team or organisation shown is involved with dubd or endorses the coin. a request to remove a picture can be sent to the administrator contact stated above. each connection can print up to 2 predictions a day, and each prediction up to 6 coins.
bounties
a bounty is a coin whose creator fee is held as a pot for the person named, who receives it only if they complete the challenge written when the coin was printed. challenges must be public and positive, with a deadline of 1 to 30 days. an accepted proof is public for 24 hours so anyone can contest it; after that the pot is credited to that person like any fee. with no accepted proof by the deadline, or if the person declines, the pot buys the coin back instead. dubd may refuse or end a bounty whose challenge breaks these rules.
your part
do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary data in comments. you must hold the rights to the names, text and images you submit, and you must respect the rules of the social networks you use. using the service for spam, fraud, impersonation or engagement manipulation is not permitted.
public replies stay public. integrations may be suspended or fail. the service cannot reverse transactions confirmed on a blockchain, nor guarantee the deletion of content controlled by third parties. requests and complaints must use the administrator contact stated above.
still open
pending for the final version: a published e-mail contact, legal identification of the operator (natural or legal person), age and geographic eligibility, the cost table and commercial conditions. this draft does not announce launch availability or platform permissions that have not been demonstrated.
